Why it exists
Creative work often needs several people at once
A single shoot can need a photographer, a makeup artist, and a studio, each found separately. Meanwhile, creative people spend hours looking for work that may not fit their skills, location, or calendar.
TalentSynq turns that around. A client describes the gig once, relevant creatives and providers are invited, and the people who want the work apply. Then the client chooses who to hire.

ShhushAI Inc. is a software company in Denver, Colorado. It builds software that connects people with opportunities and helps them manage related work. TalentSynq is its first platform.
ShhushAI builds and operates the systems behind TalentSynq’s core AI. Its team combines hands-on software engineering with direct experience of creative work, which shapes the questions it asks: how a client finds the right person, how an opportunity can be genuinely useful, and what gets in the way of finishing the work.
