Talent & Providers

Let relevant gigs find your skills.

Create a free professional profile you can share anywhere. When a gig needs what you do, TalentSynq can invite you, and you decide whether to apply. Creatives, studios, equipment and service providers all start here.

Finding work today

Your work is creative. Finding the next client can feel like another job.

Posting, searching, following up and repeating the same details to every new contact. Social profiles and portfolios still matter. The problem is the time spent chasing. Representation helps some people, and it isn’t required to be found here.

Free profileAge verification before applying
  1. A free professional page

Send it to anyone: past clients, new contacts, people who ask for your rates. It is useful before any booking.

  2. AI help with the words

Write a few plain lines and AI drafts your profile and role descriptions. You review and edit every word.

  3. Every role, with its own rate

A makeup artist who also styles hair lists both, each with its own description and rate.

  4. Availability, location and portfolio work

Keeping them current is what makes the invitations you receive ones you can actually take.

When a gig fits

An invitation arrives. You decide.

  • The invitation says why it reached you, with the date, the place and the budget.
  • Apply when it suits you; pass when it doesn’t. You appear among a client’s applicants only if you apply.
  • Under the intended product rule, you complete age verification before applying. It confirms age; it isn’t a background check or a judgment of your skills.
  • An invitation is not an application, and an application is not a booking.

Providers

Not only people: spaces, equipment and services.

A provider offers a resource or a service, such as a studio, a venue, a lighting kit or a crew. The invitation is for what you provide, on the dates and scope the client asked for. You set what is included and how you charge, and you decide whether to apply.

Talent & provider FAQ

Before you join

More answers in the full FAQ.

Is the profile free?

Yes. Creating and sharing your profile is free. Paid participation options are separate from the free profile; open TalentSynq for what is currently offered.

Can I offer more than one role, or a resource as well?

Yes. Add each role with its own description and rate, and list a space, equipment or a service from the same account.

Do I have to apply to every invitation?

No. Apply only when the gig suits you. Passing is a normal part of choosing your work.

If I apply, am I booked?

No. Your application puts you among the client’s applicants for that role. The client chooses who to hire, and in the intended flow the booking is confirmed when the client’s first payment is collected.

When do I need age verification?

Under the intended product rule, age verification is required before you apply for a gig. It confirms age. On its own, it isn’t proof of professional identity, a background check, a skills assessment or a guarantee of reliability.

When and how much am I paid?

In the intended payment model, the client pays 50% when the booking is confirmed and the remaining 50% ten days before the gig. The creative or provider is paid 24–48 hours after the gig, less a 15% fee that includes platform and payment fees.
