About TalentSynq

What is TalentSynq?

A place to describe creative gigs and find the people who want them. Clients describe a gig, TalentSynq invites relevant creatives and providers, and those who want the work apply. Creatives and providers start with a free profile they can share.

Who is it for?

Anyone arranging creative work, from a personal occasion to a business production, and the people and businesses who do it: photographers, models, performers, makeup artists, production specialists, studios, venues, equipment providers, and crews.

Who makes TalentSynq?

TalentSynq is built by ShhushAI Inc., a software company in Denver, Colorado. More about us.

What’s the difference between talentsynqai.com and talentsynq.ai?

This site explains what TalentSynq does and who it is for. The application itself, where accounts, profiles and gigs live, is at talentsynq.ai.

Talent & providers

What’s the difference between talent and providers?

Talent offer their own creative skills. Providers offer a service or a resource, such as a studio, a venue, equipment, or a crew.

Can one account be talent, a provider, and a client?

Yes. One TalentSynq account can offer talent, provide a resource, and hire other people.

Is the profile free?

Yes. Creating and sharing your profile is free. Paid participation options are separate from the free profile; open TalentSynq for what is currently offered.

How do opportunities reach me?

When a client’s gig includes a role or service that fits your profile, along with your location and availability, TalentSynq can invite you. The invitation explains why it fits. You don’t have to search listings.

Do I have to apply to every invitation?

No. Apply only when the gig suits you. Passing is a normal part of choosing your work.

If I apply, am I booked?

No. Your application puts you among the client’s applicants for that role. The client chooses who to hire, and in the intended flow the booking is confirmed when the client’s first payment is collected.

When do I need age verification?

Under the intended product rule, age verification is required before you apply for a gig. It confirms age. On its own, it isn’t proof of professional identity, a background check, a skills assessment or a guarantee of reliability.

Clients

What do gig, role and applicant mean?

Gig: the work you are arranging, described in your gig description. Role: one person or service the gig needs, such as a photographer or a studio. Applicant: a person who was invited and chose to apply for a role.

Do I need to be a business?

No. A client is anyone arranging creative work: a person planning an evening out, a family booking a photographer, a designer staging a show, or a creative hiring another creative.

Can one gig include several roles?

Yes. Describe the whole gig once, and each role gets its own description, requirements and budget. A role can have more than one place: “Models ×2” means two models.

Who appears in my applicant list?

People who were invited to your gig and chose to apply. Invitations on their own don’t appear as applications.

Does choosing someone book them?

No. An invitation is not an application, and an application is not a booking. The client chooses who to hire, and in the intended flow the booking is confirmed when the client’s first payment is collected. See the stages.

Booking & payment

When are payments made?

In the intended payment model, the client pays 50% when the booking is confirmed and the remaining 50% ten days before the gig. The creative or provider is paid 24–48 hours after the gig, less a 15% fee that includes platform and payment fees.

For current fees and payment terms, open TalentSynq. A worked example is in How It Works.

When does messaging open?

In the intended flow, once the booking is confirmed, which happens when the client’s first payment is collected.

Does the fee change what the client pays?

In the intended model, the client pays the agreed service amount in two halves, and the 15% fee comes out of the creative’s or provider’s payment. On a $1,000 gig, that is $500 twice from the client and $850 to the creative, before any applicable taxes.

Matching & AI

How does matching work?

TalentSynq reads each role in a gig description and invites relevant creatives or providers, based on details such as the role, experience, location, availability, and preferences involved.

Does AI write my profile or gig description for me?

It helps. AI can draft a profile or a gig description from a few plain words. You review and edit the result before anyone sees it.

Does AI decide who gets the work?

No. AI helps write descriptions and find relevant people. Creatives and providers decide whether to apply, and clients decide who to hire.

Where does the AI run?

Core matching uses compact models that ShhushAI operates on its own infrastructure. Supporting services such as identity verification, payments, and storage are separate. See Responsible AI.

Availability, costs & privacy

Where is TalentSynq available?

For current availability, open TalentSynq.

How much does it cost?

Creating a profile is free. For current fees, plans and payment terms, open TalentSynq.

How is my information handled?

Privacy depends on what is collected, who can see it, when visibility changes, how long it is kept, and how supporting services handle it. Our Responsible AI page explains the approach.

Programs & blog

How do I join the affiliate or partner program?

Each program has its own page with the details and next step: affiliates and partners.

Is there a TalentSynq blog?

Yes. The TalentSynq team publishes articles for creatives, providers, and clients at blog.talentsynqai.com.
